Tuxedo Boots
See Our: Tuxedo Boots
A new addition to men's formal wear is tuxedo boots.
Formal boots have many similarities between them and regular tuxedo
shoes. The only difference is the obvious one, they are boots not
shoes. Tuxedo boots are styled after a typical rounded square toe shoes.
The height of the boot sides reach a height around or above the ankle. A
flexible stretch insert is added to the side of the boot to allow
maximum flexibility.
The materials used to make a tuxedo boot are rubber,
plastic and faux patent (PVC) coverings. These are the same materials
that are used on every faux patent formal shoe. The basic cut of the
boot is remarkably comfortable. As with any boot you should wear socks
that have a little padding in them to protect your ankles from any sort
of rubbing. Otherwise they fit and comfort is very good.
Colors
Tuxedo boots are available in black only. The stretch insert is located
on the side of the shoe and provides a matte fabric look to a portion of
the boot side. The heel on the boot is typically around one inch. |
