These Gold Toe Windsor Wool over-the-calf are terrific socks. The wool is not itchy, but stretches nicely and the socks STAY UP like they should. This style only comes in 4 colors--black, brown, navy, and gray--so a little boring, but they are reliably comfortable, wash and dry nicely, and last a long time. My husband has worn them for many years and we've never found any that stay up as well. They are worth the price. Two thumbs and ten toes up!
