Amazon promised the product would be delivered to me by 8/25... They forgot to mention that they use a non-guaranteed service from the USPS... The USPS stated they attempted to deliver the product to me, but in truth (as many NYers can testify) they didn't even try... Now I'm told I would have to wait up to 30 days for a refund... Use Zappos... It is trackable, guaranteed, and trustworthy... unlike Amazon....
