Beautiful Shoe, sizes aren't true to fit November 14, 2009

I was looking for a pair of tuxedo shoes that were slip-ons for my wedding. I saw these in your web site and I thought they would be perfect. Look great, stylish, and seemed to be what I wanted, and certainly was much less than I thought I would have to pay.
I ordered a 9 1/2 american size. I wear a 9 1/2W shoe. I received them in a few days, and they looked just like the picture. When I tried them on the size wss not true to fit. very narrow and smaller than a 9 1/2 that I am used to. Perhaps they were european stylying and could have been their cut and shape. I returned them to Amazon they credited my account no questions asked, till they asked me to review the product.
I would like to own them maybe they have them in wider styles.
 Sandro makes a great shoes, but this one is not for everyone June 28, 2009

I like many men have trouble finding shoes that look good and feel good. I really only like 2 companies, Gordon Rush and Sandro Moscoloni. Both have exceptional comfort and unique styling.
Prior to purchasing these shoes I had 2 pairs of Sandros in my collection the Kasper (my favorite Sandro) and the Butler. These shoes run narrow, so I have gotten a full size bigger which fit perfectly. I typically wear a 10 in dress shoes and the Sandros I have are 11 D (normal width).
I needed tux shoes for some formal occasions coming up so I ordered these. They did not have an 11 D so I ordered 10.5 EE (wide). These shoes run exceptionally narrow, more so than their other shoes. Besides the tightness along the width of the foot the shoes are comfortable...the leather is flexible and the footbed has a nice cushion to it, not commonly found in tux shoes. I maybe would have kept these and had a shoemaker stretch them out if I loved the styling. From certain angles they look like a woman's shoe. I had others tell me the same thing. I decided to opt for the more expensive, Sandro Crown shoes. They had more sizing options,so I ordered my typical Sandro size of 11D. The Crown model is very comfortable and for those having trouble finding their size or do not like the styling of this model I highly recommend the Crown.
Overall both models are made extremely well and if they fit well are comfortable.

This is a beautiful pair of shoes that is going to look amazing with my tux. I only wore them around my house for about a minute, but here's my take. I ordered a size 10 even though I normally wear a size 9.5 in dress shoes and 10 in most sneakers (because people were saying how small they run). They fit very well -- maybe a tiny bit bigger than I'd like, but I think a 9.5 would be too tight. I'm guessing that after I wear them for a while they'll be perfect.
The insides are nicely padded and they feel very comfortable. The finishing touches are very nice all around on the shoe. This may go down as the nicest pair of sub $100 dress shoes I've ever bought. And I'm pretty good at finding cheap shoes.

These are great tuxedo shoes. They are practically identical to a pair of Ferragamo shoes, but for 1/4 of the price. I normally wear size 11.5 and ordered a 12 which fit great. EXCELLENT VALUE & GREAT LOOK!!!
Beautiful shoe - way too small November 8, 2007

Received the shoes today. Looked great - just like a high-dollar pair I saw at Nieman's. BUT - they were way too small. I ordered the size I always wear (size 10 - I even had my size re-checked at a shoe store before ordering). I am returning them and re-ordered a size 11 since they appear to be about 3/8" shorter than my size 10 Johnston-Murphy's. If they fit, I will post an update.
